2- Presentations are written in understandable English and with precise grammar. If there are many spelling errors, the organizing committee shall return it to the owner for correction. 3- pictures and videos should be unified . i e , picture should be in jepg format and video in MP4 or whatever format the organizers ask for.

4- the pictures and videos should never contain patient’s name or any figure that could identify him or her. If it’s absolutely necessary to show the patient’s face for diagnostic reasons an informed consent should be taken from the patient or parents and under no circumstances should a patient face be revealed if it’s irrelevant to the diagnosis or management of the case.

5- Videos should be embedded in the presentation in one file and not in a separate disk or flash drive, once a video is embeded in powerpoint file you can play it , enlarge it but with keeping the original aspect ratio and preferably also to activate loop function so that the video will keep playing while the speaker is explaining to the audience.

6- If you are using the latest version of PowerPoint you’ll never get problems playing back videos (try not to use QuickTime formats for videos). Its better not to make very busy slides and prefereably no more than 7 lines in each slide and no more than two videos in each slide.
